However, these numbers should give you a rough idea of the number of Insanity Max:30 calories burned. Remember, each person has a different metabolism, and the heavier you are, the more calories you will burn. The numbers below are my estimates based on a 150 pound person (average, but also very close to my weight) confirmed by my heart rate monitor. The nature of Insanity Max:30 means that there are very few exercise breaks or periods of low intensity. I assigned 11 calories per minute to the moderate exercises and 15 per minute to the intense.
